Hi Carlos:

I'll definitely be doing Ituzaingo in a future release. There will be several other post-Independence battles as well: Tarqui, Lircay, etc. The tough part is drawing a line to end the series. At this point I can't see myself taking it past Yungay in 1839 but who knows?

Liberators of Grenadier Productions writes:

Grenadier Productions is pleased to announce the release of Liberators! Napoleonic Wargaming in South America, Volume 1: The War in the South by John Fletcher.

Liberators!

Liberators is a wargamer's guide designed for use with any tactical-level horse-and-musket-era ruleset. It also serves as a basic introduction to this fascinating and overlooked era of history. The battles are brigade-size, and the troops reflect a wide array of Spanish, French and British influences.

Liberators! features a brief history of the conflict, army organizations and tactics, complete uniformology, and numerous ready-to-play scenarios. Much of the information in Liberators! is published in English for the first time.

  • Huaqui (1810)
  • Tucuman (1812)
