The listing is the number of Elements (i.e. bases that you get), so it is 12 bases of crossbowmen (3 x 12 = 36)

Mark "Extra Crispy" Severin of Scale Creep Miniatures writes:

The Black Hat/Gladiator 15mm starter armies for Field of Glory are on their way to Scale Creep Miniatures. Priced between $96 USD and $130 USD, these army packs include all the figures you need, along with bases and even a camp!

Starter Armies

All you have to do is paint them (yes, yes, I know, much easier said than done!). But we have a special offer that we hope will help inspire you there, too...

Special Offer for TMP Members

Pre-order a Field of Glory army between now and April 1, 2008. All U.S. customers will receive free shipping, plus two free bottles of Coat D'arms paints. International customers will receive a 25% discount on shipping.

Simply order an army and your two pots of paint. Then put your TMP member name in the comments (or just mention this ad!).

The Coat D'arms paints are the original GW/Citadel paints (in most cases, the names are still either the same or very close). In addition to a fantastic range suitable for Fantasy and SciFi miniatures, they also offer a complete range of inks, washes, and muted colors suited to historical miniatures.
