I believe these were introduced during the Allied invasion of Sicily and the single battery (12 guns?) didn't make it to the mainland when the Axis pulled off the island. I don't have my reference in front of me, but suspect the British may have had the pleasure of being sniped at by them as they pushed north.

BEF Miniatures of Chieftain Models writes:

Chieftain Models - with the help of Artizan Designs - will be releasing the Cannone 90/53 su autocarro Lancia 3RO at Salute.

Cannone 90/53 su autocarro Lancia 3RO

Initially designed as an anti-aircraft gun, the 90/53 was quickly found to be the most powerful antitank gun in North Africa, even exceeding the abilities of the German 88.

Mounted on the chassis of a Lancia 3RO, this versatile artillery piece was given the mobility needed in the North African campaign, and was again seen in Sicily and Italy - sometimes in German hands.

The vehicle is pewter and is scaled to 1/56th. Five Italian crew figures are included, plus some shells and spent cases.

The price is £32.00 GBP.
