This version is not the Standish rules. I have a copy of those rules, 3 pages, and they are "downsized" to play on a 2'x2' DBA sized board. I ferreted out a copy of the Standish rules (DBA on Blue Felt, I like to think) which are geared to the Russo-Japanese war of 1904-5. There are 4 scenarios with the rules.
