Downloaded and took a look at both the T72 and BMP. They look great. Tracks and wheels are an integral piece with no deep so either you pro print it as SPOD suggested or print it for a smaller scale to avoid a plain look to it.

They run at 3 pages for the BMP and 5 for the tank, and the only complex part is the turret and gun assembly, and then even those don't look as anything out of possible for people capable of painting some details on 28 mm. or smaller miniatures. After all there are people who play paper minis to make for their lack of skill to paint 3 dimensional ones, if you catch my point (no offense meant).

15 mm looks like perfect for these. 2 $ each and you get to print the amount you want. Even pro printing them as SPOD said, you could have a dozen of each for less than what, 20$ r so?

Even if you are not much skillful at cut and paste an such you could have someone do it for cheap. Guess a marker or paint touching on the edges and matt varnish will make for a fine work done cheaply.
