Mark C. confirmed by e-mail that the giant wolves are about 11mm at the shoulders.

A source on canis lupus suggests a 2'-3' shoulder height for adult grey wolves, so I'd say that these wolves would work as ordinary 28mm scale wolves, even if they might be a little on the small side.
