The mats look very nice. Using latex is great and should not retain the "roll" shape when stored. One thing however is that after quite a few years latex will lose its flexibility. I'd think that you could get good value regardless though. Heck, when it gets old you just glue it down to a board and keep playing. wink

James Hubbs of Zuzzy Miniatures writes:

Zuzzy Miniatures is proud to announce the release of their Zuzzy Terra-Flex tabletop terrain mats - part of the Zuzzy Miniatures Terra-Flex system.

These mats are paintable, flexible, ultra-realistic theme-based terrain that's cross-platformed for nearly any game system. The mats can be quickly deployed for a fully immersive gaming experience. Used in conjunction with their theme-based accessories, your gaming experience can be raised to near-dioramic levels.

Versatility and believability are the key elements to this product. Each terrain mat measures approximately 4' X 6' and can be utilized on a floor, draped over a small table, laid across your favorite gaming table, and even glued down on a permanent base. Once the game is over, the mat can be easily rolled up and stored away in the convenient plastic sleeve that it was originally shipped in, taking up little more room than a folded-up umbrella.

Two Terra-Flex mats have been released this month, complimenting the two themes which were released earlier this year: The Ruined Lands and The Despoiled Reaches. Both are available now through the Zuzzy Miniatures website.
