New From Wargaming for Grown Ups Publication

Brigade/Divisional rules for the Spanish Civil War, written specifically for this level of resolution and for the Spanish Civil War. This isn't an add-on to a pre-existing WWI or WWII set of rules, this is a set of rules written to capture the unique flavor and circumstances of the Spanish Civil War. Every part of the rules has been developed from the ground up to be appropriate to the period. The rules include a command-and-control system that simulates the command issues faced by the various forces during the war, force lists and organizations, simple and novel rules for infantry combat, artillery bombardments and armor actions, not forgetting airstrikes and off-table heavy artillery bombardments. The rules include clear explanations of how the system works, illustrated with examples of actual game play.

You can find out more about how the rules work here.

You can catch AARs from the playtest games over on the Wargaming for Grown Ups blog and also over at the Palouse Wargaming Journal.

The rules are 99 pages in color. They include clear examples of game play, QRS, and an extensive army organization section with sample orbats.

Who can resist the lure of the famous International Brigades, the Red-Beret-wearing Carlists, Mussolini's CTV with their tankettes and stylish uniforms?

Available from Amazon or Wargame Vault for £14.99 GBP.
