Thanks for the advice – it is probably my old stupid printer – the thing is a dinosaur – but it has great print quality when it works!!! The paper feed is probably out of whack because it feeds to late or too early which is probably the source of the cut off problem. I am looking to update soon, but haven't had the funds to get what I want – so it is going to be until next year when I get the printer I want. Something like the Canon Pixma line of printers – large format!

Still – the Aurora mag and Locked and Loaded are awesome – the quality of these two publications is simply over-looked by many gamers in my not so humble opinion. I love the Heavy Gear universe more than any other setting – it simply is the best developed setting for a sci-fi universe out there that I've run across – believable, accessible, user-friendly, and familiar to most people. The only thing close is Serenity – which is a very, very close second – and it doesn't have giant robot/walker vehicles in it – so it doesn't count for those purposes!

Eight full pages ripped from the finished Locked and Loaded game are previewed, along with a developer interview, the evolution of the game's cover, and the issue is graced by the very cover illustration itself. Additionally, the magazine is packed with the latest installment of the Gear Krieg graphic serial Alfie's Tenners, variant RPG rules, fiction, and more.
