Fonthill Hoser, I dont disagree with the impressive look of these large ships but I dont feel that even an 8X8 table isnt cramped when you put 20 of these monsters out there.

Tim Marshall, Re your comment on how do you get to the center of an 8X8. I wonder about that too. All the model railroad books say that anything beyond 3 foot reach on the layout is probably too far away to get at without an access hatch.

Hi, guys!

Vorlon Heavy Cruiser

The latest in the line of fleet box sets for the Babylon 5: A Call to Arms space-combat game is due to appear in your local stores this week.

The Vorlons are on of the Ancient races, possessing incredible technologies that allow them to brush aside the ships of the Young Races - even the dreaded Minbari. Though not without their weaknesses, this is a very powerful fleet which will appeal to advanced players.

As with the other fleet box sets, the Vorlon fleet has been designed to give you plenty of ships to start experimenting with fleet composition for a discounted price. In this set you get 2 Heavy Cruisers (one of the best War level ships in the game!), 2 Light Cruisers, 2 Destroyers, 4 Transports and 36 Vorlon Fighters. To buy these separately would cost nearly $130 USD. The Vorlon fleet box set is instead priced at $99.95 USD.

Remember, the advanced fleet list for Vorlons has been published in A Call to Arms Rules Supplement 2.
