Scam Warning!

Hey, guys! Some of you may have received an email purporting to be from us about having won a voucher of some kind?

Do Not Click on Anything in That Email!

It's not from us, that's not our website address (it uses hyphens instead of periods). We would never charge you for anything you've won. We would never send an email asking for payment details for anything, etc. Not do we use pop-ups in anything we do.

We have no idea where it's from, it happened overnight for us here in the U.K., so we're only just able to start checking.

You can follow along at the FB thread or we will be updating the front page of our actual website.

The only bit of news I can tell you right now is that it doesn't seem likely to have anything to do with our attempted hack a little while ago. Because this scam email spoofed our email address, then we are getting any bounces or out of office replies etc., and some of those are 'not' in our customer database. We are awaiting the newsletter company we use and our tech guys to wake up, so we can look into it more deeply.

Sorry to those of you this is happening for, we will update both places above as and when we know more. In the meantime the website is safe, as long as you go directly to it (definitely double check the url if you happen to have had one of these emails just in case).

Thanks! grin
