We have a lot of exciting plans for this year's Gen Con. Hydra Miniatures' game designer John Douma will be running two sessions of our upcoming Retro Raygun miniature game. The scenario, The Cosmic Key, pits the heroic Galacteers against the menacing Robot Legion in a race for a mysterious artifact – the Cosmic Key. Get a preview of Retro Raygun before its official release in the third quarter of 2014.
In addition, John and his beautiful daughters will be dressed as characters from the Hydra Miniatures Retroverse. Make sure to get your picture taken with Galacteer Commander Mudpie, Valkeeri Princess Lily, or the dread Space Pirate Natalie.
You can purchase Hydra products from our friends at Armorcast (booth 409). They will have all the Hydra ranges, including our Xeno-15 range (15mm sci-fi aliens). Our new releases include the Valkeeri rocket sled and the Galacteer engineer for our 30mm Retro Raygun range. We are also releasing the long-awaited Vardu Warrior for our Primal Dawn range. All of these releases will be available for general release in our online store in mid-September. We also have a special surprise: if you purchase $50 USD of Hydra products, you will receive a limited-edition model of Commander Mudpie.
