Just an update.

After being told two days ago we would have to fill out a claims form, we were contacted yesterday to imform us that the package has been found. I am not sure how it could be missed with the amount of people searching for it in two depos but it was delivered today and thats all that matters for the moment.
Hopefully I am not speaking too soon but we are just making sure everything is there.

I doubt seriously anything was stolen!

Rabbit

In this case I am glad you are right no matter how strange this situation has been.

Warning!!

Sample of the missing product and packaging

It seems that UPS managed to lose part of a 46-kg package that contained a lot of miniatures from our range. A good 30kg+ is missing, and it would seem that UPS is having a problem tracking such a big parcel down.

I would like to warn everyone that we are treating this as property being stolen, and will be taking this further if UPS fail to track it down.

In the meantime, I would like to remind people that there are only three outlets as such to buy the DRM range, and as far as I am concerned, there hasn't been enough stock sold to someone who would be trying to make a sale on eBay or any other second-hand outlet.

If you do see DRM miniatures being sold by anyone other than Wargames Warehouse at U.K. shows, Heritage Studios in the U.S., or ourselves, then you are buying stolen goods which we cannot even guarantee you will receive as it's not from someone we have given permission to sell our product range.

So please be warned, and contact either myself (at the Mercenary Brush) or Doug at Dark Realm Miniatures if you do get offered DRM product anywhere else.

You can also contact me directly on my mobile whilst I'm at Salute, the number being: 079 49 59 1163.

Please note: I'm getting a new phone this weekend, so don't bother trying this number after Salute grin

The picture shows the DRM packaging and the white boxes the blisters are in - each box containing 5-8 blisters.
