This is the response from Shaun at S&S when I said much the same thing (but rather less politely) in another thread:

"you will never see us trading at a show, as we no longer do trade stand.
it's not that we cant be bothered to picture everything on shopping cart system, but we work in a very efficient way, spending more time making the models and geting them off to customers.
sorry for the website not being a super duper one, but our picture site should have all that is currently available pictured there.
having a fancy website is easy when you have only a few models, but with a range like ours the costs are too high to employ someone to do it.

Personally, I'm with you – I want to see producers of nice toys do well (and everything I've seen by S&S is nice) so they can make me more – and I think if S&S did a GZG and built a webstore their volumes would grow.

But I think I'll be buying some of their odds and ends (like the spawn markers illustrated above) sometime in the near future.
