Warlord II Out Now

Kid Kyoto writes:

Actually you can trademark any word you like, except for 'generic terms' that describe the product.

Apple is an english word, but you can trademark it for computers 'Apple Computers'.

But you can't trademark computer brand computers or apple brand apples.

For wargames you can't trademark 'wargame' but anything else: warhammer, war zone, flames of war, warlord is fair game.

the point to make it clear what you're buying so i don't go on line and order 'warlord' the fantasy game but get 'warlord' the historical game.

Oh well… if no one else care I'll drop it.
