We've been working hard on City Designer 3, and while we don't have a release date for you, you can at least read a bit more about it and its new features here.
The May edition of Cartographer's Annual 2008 added tools for creating an interactive atlas; coming up in June are some detailed video tutorials, followed in July by amazing lighting effects for dungeons.
