We're pleased to release our latest 15mm sci-fi models - plantman soldiers, giant stone warriors, and, yes, bears with fusion guns.
All of the models are part of our Molch Vornid Wars range, a local conflict in our 15mm sci-fi background. As should be readily apparent, these are intended for space-opera-style wargaming.
First off, we've already released the Molch as Eldritch Horrors, but they have been added to the 15mm sci-fi page as well (in fact, this was their originally intended purpose), as the Molch, peaceful and intelligent but unbearably hideous creatures. For close-combat actions, they can animate stone into gigantic warriors, shown above, to hammer their foes into submission. These models are about 28mm tall (so are towering foes in 15mm), and are also suitable as man-sized rockmen in 28mm scale gaming.
Next, we have the main antagonists in the Molch Vornid War, the inscrutable Vornid plantman pirates. These are available in a warrior squad pack, a heavy weapons pack, and a command pack with two levels of command. Each pack has separate mouth-pieces, with opened and closed mouth options that are easily attached to the models. They also have a variety of plant-like accessories in sprues, to add more character to the individual models if you wish.
Last but certainly not least, we have those phlegmatic cigar-smoking mercenaries, the Ursids, each hefting a BPFG (bear-portable fusion gun). These are large fellows, taller and much more massive than other 15mm types.
All are available now. The Ursids were sculpted by Bob Olley and painted by Chris Yaro, the Molch defender-constructs were sculpted by PF and painted by Chris Yaro, and the Vornids were sculpted by Phil Lewis and painted by Artmaster Studio.
