Dean Emmerson of the Maine Historical Wargamer's Association writes:

Wargames Factory is supporting the Maine Historical Wargamer's Association by donating thousands of miniatures for a club game to be featured at Huzzah!, April 30th-May 2nd, 2010.

The game will be the far-right wing of the Battle of Sabis, where Caesar is nearly defeated by the Nervii. The OOB consists of twelve boxes of Romans representing three legions, 70 boxes of Germans, plus cavalry, auxiliaries, and extras for more than 3,000 miniatures.

That's a lot of barbarians!

Wargamers, clubs and shops across the State of Maine (and a few guys outside the state who have volunteered) will be assembling and painting the troops, and getting them based for the game.
