The Society of Ancients hold an annual Battleday at which a historic battle is analysed and replayed in a number of different wargame systems. Next year, the Battle of Zama will be the subject, on April 17th in Bletchley, near Milton Keynes, U.K.

I am coordinating the WAB event. We've been delighted to receive assistance from Gripping Beast (terrain, loan of the very substantial remains of the original Zama demonstration game) and Wargames Factory (over 250 Numidian infantry for use both as Numidians and Carthaginian levy).
