Kerr&King have unveiled their Britcon '08 Flames of War giveaway. Sticking with the 'alternate ending to war films' theme, Kerr&King have followed up last year's Raiders of the Lost Ark piece with a Great Escape-inspired objective marker where not only did our intrepid hero not quite 'make it' across the Swiss border, but those 'dastardly Jerries' actually shot the bike from under him and then drove over him in their SDKfz250 - 'damned bad show, that man!'

This year, Kerr&King have approached other manufacturers for aid in producing what promised to be another first-rate freebie to entrants of the annual Flames of War at Britcon '08. Firstly, Antenociti's Workshop has kindly agreed to supply the barbed wire for the markers, while Peter Pig have very generously offered to supply a couple of Germans to fill the figure slots on each of the bases, and K&K themselves have commissioned a German machinegunner to stand in the halftrack.

All in all, with all these goodies in the box, it is shaping up to be a fantastic package for all the F0W entrants at this year's Britcon event.
