Is the range of that pistol that short?
It's a John Woo moment (-;)

Nice pulpy fig, or a two actually. Obviously won't be getting them for a number of reasons, but they are still nice.

Hi, people!

We very proud that this year we've once again made the giveaway figure for the Salute wargames show in London!

Sculpted and painted by Adam Clarke.

Salute is the biggest show in the U.K., held in Excel, London.

This year's figure is a retro sci-fi robot fighting retro chick with ray gun!

It will be free inside the goodie bag to (I think approximately) the first 4,000 through the door!

Black Scorpion will, of course, have a stand at the show as usual. I'll be putting up a story with our new releases for Salute before the day. We have something of a surprise in store!

Also, continuing from last year on the theme Heroes of the Empire, there will be another limited-edition resin miniature available from us. More details and pics of this to follow when ready. Last year's Bromhead figure sold out rapidly. Whilst no's 1-10 went for premium prices on eBay.

(We will later release a standard metal version of the limited resin figures).

You may remember last year's Salute miniature, the Zulu diorama?

This year, you can enter this into the special category in the painting competition. See the Salute site for full details.

Further updates on our releases for the day to follow, looking forward to seeing you all there!
