It would be nice if someone could resurrect this game and bring it back to the forefront.

Who actually owns the rights to the game right now?

I dropped WHFB to switch to this. Its small scale would be perfect now with so many people playing skirmish level games like Warmachine, etc.

I still have most of my obsidian elves, some dwarves and a couple of blackbloods. I sadly no longer have the rulebooks and supplements.

Mithril Miniatures of Prince August Toy Factory writes:

Chronopia: War in the Eternal Realm is a fantasy tabletop 28mm-scale wargame. It has eight different factions available, but until March 6th, 2012, Prince August has reduced its prices on half those factions (4) by up to 50%.

The four factions are:

The BlackBlood Faction
Which consists of Ogres, Orcs and Goblins. These love heavy armor - and the bigger and sharper the axes and swords, the better.
The Dwarven Faction
Consists of tough fighters that defend their underground fortresses from all comers.
The Stygian Faction
The horde of reptiles that swarm over all opposition.
The Swamp Goblin Faction
They live in the Land of the Fallen and they protect their territory fiercely.
