There was hope for Mongrel Miniatures to fill in the Congo gaps left by Britannia, alas:(

At least these Malay guys can give some variety to the Mercs.

Big P from GMG of Green Machine Gamers reports:

Just a little preview of the new range from Inkerman Castings.

NCO 1st Royal Hampshires, Malaya 1954

The range is covering British and Insurgent forces for the period, and the range will eventually expand to cover other anti-insurgency conflicts of the same period.

I'm currently painting up a selection of the models, and they paint up easily and quickly. The first releases are a full British section, some British scouts and Iban Trackers, plus a complete Insurgent squad. From what I'm told, some vehicles and more figures will be added to the range.

A nice new set of figures for a interesting niche period, offering an alternative to the usual Vietnam games.
