I ordered from them once about 5 years ago, I think right after seeing some of their models at MillenniumCon in Austin. I sent an email order, got a reply that it was received, but nothing happened. I called about two weeks later, and re-placed the order. To put it concisely, the person that took my order was polite but strange. The order arrived about a week later. The quality of the models was fair to poor, but what I expected since I had seen examples as I stated previously. I felt the price was right and I got what I paid for, but the whole experience was so marginal I have not done further business with them.
