Dave Ryan posted this just a couple of posts above yours:

we will guarantee everyone's order to date, and refund anyone who can't wait but who has already paid up. I anticipate being back in full production in 6 weeks.- but don't shout at us if it's a tad longer as we arer trying to seamlessly glue one of the biggest metal companies onto one of the world's largest paper wargames companies!- and upset as few existing customers as possible

Hello, chaps!

I'm happy to announce the purchase of Minifigs Productions, producers and suppliers of Minifigs to everywhere, with the exception of the Americas which is served by Tom Dye of GFI.

Most of us grew up with Minifigs, so it's a delight to be able to keep it going. But this is much more than a nostalgia purchase. The company has a huge and buoyant back catalogue for the 'old schoolers' amongst us, and has also played a leading role in the current popularity of 12mm WWII and Moderns. It is a vibrant, modern production company that I intend to move forward and expand. It is also great news for Matchlock Miniatures fans!

Obviously, there will be a few months of teething problems as we move production to Nottingham (yes, I know!!!), but figures will still be coming out of Southampton in the interim, so don't be afraid to order!

I'm sure that all TMP readers will want to extend their thanks to Neil and Liz for all their efforts over the last few years as they relinquish the reins.
