The new tabletop game of the American Civil War is now available from Honour

Civil War

From Sam Mustafa, creator of Grande Armée, Might and Reason, Lasalle, and Maurice. Longstreet is the third game in the Honour series

Civil War

Command a small force (a brigade or division) in the American Civil War. Gather your friends and play large battles, or play one-on-one against a single opponent in a scenario involving a desperate struggle for some key position on a famous battlefield, or a completely fictional encounter. The game's campaign system remembers your actions and accomplishments, so that each battle has an effect upon the next one.

Longstreet

Longstreet, like Maurice, is played with a set of cards. Each player needs to purchase the rules and the boxed set of 108 custom cards.

Longstreet

Your deck of cards is then customized based upon your force's nationality, the period of the war, random, and historical events. No two player's forces or fortunes are exactly alike.

Longstreet

Like all Honour games, Longstreet can play to conclusion in two to three hours, with a modest table, and collection of miniatures.

Longstreet

The advanced rules introduce greater historical details, such as sharpshooters, engineers, and field works, heroes, a variety of new scenarios, and victory conditions, the presence of U.S. colored regiments, and many others. Develop your character by playing the Grand Campaign from 1861-65, a series of linked battles in which you gain experience, and rise in rank, and responsibility. Old veteran units are slowly ground down while new recruit regiments join your force. Historical and fictional events transform your character, force, and strategic situation between each battle.
