The figures themselves look okay, but the weapons are simply too frickin' huge for my tastes. Too bad they aren't multi-part minis (or are they?).

Black Tree Design reaches for the stars with its new 28mm scale Rimworlds science-fiction range.

Rimworlds Science Fiction

The first release of these finely detailed figures consists of the Mercantile Combine Enforcement Troops and Penal Battalion Legionaires. The former are dedicated to the principle that absolutely nothing gets in the way of profit, and the latter are those who mistakenly chose to serve their time in the military rather than go to prison.

Black Tree will shortly be publishing a set of science-fiction rules for use with these figures.
