Time to add a new warband to The Barbarian Beestwars (free skirmish rules).
I've added two new barbarians to my website – the Hyenaman barbarian with two pet hyena, and a barbarian charging with Kopesh.
The beginnings of larger barbarian force that includes Hyenamen Shapeshifter (gnolls) to be released in the first part of 2018.
The Hyenaman and pets is a six-part pewter metal kit with bases, suitable for 28-32mm tabletop gaming; and Hyenaman charging comes in three parts.
We've been testing them in The Barbarian Beestwars game to great effect. A warband of two handlers, four hyena, and a Hyenaman Shapeshifter (yet to be released) is the perfect match for a Warband of Geladan or Clovis Minotaurs, and makes for a fast-paced and entertaining game.
The new figures are available from me on my website from ZombieSmith (U.S.), and the barbarian charging is available as a fully assembled pewter figure on The Weta Workshop website and in the Weta Cave (NZ).
I've also added some lore for a bestiary that will include stats in an updated version of the Beestwars free PDF.
