There is a large inland container terminal in my town, so plenty of inspiration, even took a tour there once! It connects rail, canal and road transport, and it's amazing to see two huge mobile cranes unload a loooong train in just 20 minutes.

For those cranes I would advise another material than card, though, purely for structural reasons.

After the success of our first range, the Medieval/Fantasy buildings, Gungnir's Card Models is proud to present our series of modern shipping containers:

Shipping containers

These are single copies of our models, to give you an idea of the extent of the range.

Unique is the option to order the 20 Ft containers as versions with open doors and a realistic raised floor:

An office and industrial-style paving complete this container storage area:

All models come as ready printed, by laser printer, on heavy duty paper, and are available in three popular scales: 1/64, 1/56 and 1/48.

Models start as cheap as only €0.20 EUR!

The models were designed with the gamer in mind: not only can they easily carry several figures, except for the open door version, they may all be stored flat to save space, just like our earlier buildings.

For further information, visit our website - gungnir.come2me.nl - and go to the forum for our complete range, plus payment and shipping details.

Gungnir's Card Models is an activity of Cosmic Fire Foundation, a registered Dutch charity, and all proceeds will be used to improve the lives of the elderly in Native American reservations in the U.S. More details on the Foundation: cosmicfirefoundation.nl
