Although L&L is no more…

The name lives on as a property owned by Armorcast.

(I hope it was Incorporated, and not a DBA…?)

Eric Morrice's company was a DBA.

I wonder if they are going to sell their molds so they way their minis can live on in one form or another.

I believe that all of the remaining molds were acquired when Armorcast purchased the product line and rights to the company's name.

We've learned that George Erik Morrice and Michele Morrice, doing business as Lance & Laser Models Inc, filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio, on 31 December 2009.

A meeting of creditors is scheduled for February 5th at 3PM.

The company previously sold off its figure lines, and according to the court, "There does not appear to be any property available to the trustee to pay creditors."
