Today we are delighted to be able to show-off more of our rapidly expanding 16th Century range of 28mm miniatures. These latest greens are design to fill out gaps in our Spanish Conquistador miniatures for the period 1494 to 1520.

The mini with the sword is our version of Cortés (the killer), taken from a contemporary source where he is shown with forked beard and a somewhat up-turned/piggy nose. Cortés is depicted in 3/4er plate, whereas the sergeant/halberdier is shown with full-plate, from head to toe.

The first two miniatures shown are for the Conquistador command pack, and will be combined with these two miniatures shown here to make a normal, full four-miniature pack.
The second pack on show is our War-dog pack. These will be two handlers and four dogs to a pack, the leads for one of the handlers are deliberately over-size to enable us to cast them, but we're sure that those who find them unpalatable will replace them with cotton-cord. The dogs (wolf-hound types) are shown with studded collars.
Finally this time around is the Conquistador light cannon and crew. These miniatures are all cast open-handed, and will be supplied with our 'slim' artillery equipment, but we suppose would also come in handy as extra, less-well-armoured Conquistadors or Early 16th C civilians.
These excellent 16th Century character miniatures are sculpted in 28mm size by Nick Collier.
