I've been ordering "gashpon" from HobbyLink Japan (www.hlj.com) for some years now direct; what you see here is just the tip of the iceberg

Yep, that's the place to go for cheaper items but bigger and more expensive ones are more of a problem since HLJ are (rather way) outside of European Union.

The end result of customs office's tender attentions = ( ( ( price of the items ordered + postage&packing ) * customs fee ) ) * VAT = pay through the nose.

A local problem, I admit, and probably Copplestone needs to have a higher price tag on them than HLJ anyway (didn't try to crossreference). Still, I'd be happy to pay a little more to the shop instead of various post offices and the goverment (which I already well support through income tax).

Now in stock:

Imported Japanese pre-paints

Pre-painted 1/144 scale models imported from Japan. In Japan, they are sold in blind boxes so you don't know what you are getting - and as some items are rare, they are collectible (if that's your thing). To spare you the uncertainty, we've opened the boxes to identify them. They usually have short production runs, so you have to grab them while you can - I only have very limited stock, and I don't know whether I'll be able to re-stock.

Star Wars AT-AT

F-Toys Star Wars - AT-AT, AT-TE, Snowspeeder, Y-Wing Starfighter and Advanced TIE.

F-Toys Early Jets - MIG 15, Me262, Gloster Meteor, He162 and Nakajima Kikka.

Takara Wings of the Luftwaffe - Bf109, Fw190, Ta154 and V2.

Prices vary, but our worldwide postage is at a flat-rate 10% (minimum £2.00 GBP).
