I agree, I saw it and it did look very nice.

Especially given that I am painting 3000 6mm ACW Baccus miniatures for a customer.

It was the shape of things to come..

Peter Berry of Baccus 6mm writes:

And the shows just keep on coming...

First off, can I pass my congratulations to Maidenhead and District Wargamers who won second place in the best demonstration game category at the recent Warfare show in Reading, with their wonderful 6mm Shiloh game. It really deserved the prize and was a great example of the spectacle that a massed 6mm game can present.

But now our thoughts must turn to the next event which will be Recon, this coming Saturday held at the Pudsey Civic Centre. We'll have the full range there, and Derek will be presenting the 'Old Trousers' 6mm Napoleonic game which won Best Participation game at the World Championships earlier this year. If you want to make a pre-order, please contact me before Friday this week.

If all goes to plan, I'll also be releasing the brand-new Ancient Hunnic range at this show, which I know is going to get a lot of you out there calling me 'Evil'...

I've finally finished recording the next Podcast and I hope to have it available by the end of this week or early next.

I've added the Napoleonic Russian army to the Napoleonic painting guides section. It's not finished yet, but I am working on it.

Lots of new stuff coming for 2008, but I can tell you for certain that the Napoleonic Duchy of Warsaw troops will be along very shortly and the FPW Bavarians won't be too far behind.

Cheers!
