Aw dangit! I enjoyed this magazine. The world needs this kind of independent miniatures magazine! I am sorry to see them go.

Mark Lanckham of Harbinger Magazine has issued the following statement:

Hi guys,

It is with much duress that I make the following announcement; Harbinger magazine will cease all production with immediate effect. This decision has been taken after long hours of soul searching after I was placed in to an untenable situation with our investors.

Harbinger Magazine ceases production

The current plan is to call in all advertising debt and to buy back all unfulfilled subscriptions, although I am having to take legal advice on this to be certain that I am not treating them as preferential debts as this will allow us to wind the company up without bankruptcy. Unfortunately as this is a complicated matter and legal minds go at their own slow pace I will not be making this news public until Monday, so please keep this information confidential until then. Over the course of the next week or so I will be contacting those of you that have unpaid invoices, so that we can work out a payment plan that is acceptable to all parties.

Please let me take this opportunity to thank you for your help in creating Harbinger and for all of the fun that we have had over the course of the last two and a half years.

Please note that as of now the business phone will go straight through to the answer machine, if you need to talk to me then I will only be available on my home phone.
