We have recently released a set of plastic 28mm-sized figures called Frostgrave Soldiers. They are designed to be the henchmen and followers for the Wizard characters in the game Frostgrave.
You get enough bodies to make 20 figures from the boxed set, but the number of heads and arms means that there are 4,200 different variations you can possibly make. No two warbands should ever be the same.
Kev Dallimore has put together 20 soldiers from the boxed set we sent him.
He's posted the built and painted models on his online magazine.
