Earlier this week, TMP ran a story reporting the signing of a license between Grey Cat Castings and Steve Jackson Games, the result of which is to keep Ogre and other miniatures available through Warehouse 23.

However, this does not mean the miniatures are necessarily available now. Steve Jackson Games informs us that "it will take awhile to get the operation up and running." In the interim period, some miniatures will continue to be listed as "out of stock."
