New from our Toy Soldier Series

Vasa Set

VASA Toy Soldiers Set, Vasa (or Wasa) is a Swedish Warship built 1626-1628

King Gustav Adolf II, Captain Hans Jonsson, Musketeer, Gunner, Gunners Mate, Seaman and Vasa Gun

For three years, specialists had worked on building the Navy's new warship- the Vasa. She was a "royal ship" the seventeenth-century.

But fate decreed otherwise; the ship foundered shortly after embarking on her maiden voyage on August 10th, 1628.

Vasa was salvaged after 333 years on the bottom of Stockholm's Ström in April 24th, 1961, and is now the only preserved seventeenth-century ship.
