Each chapter provides references for additional reading in the Strike Legion Tactical Rules Compendium, so players who subsequently purchase this volume can add more detail to their games if they wish. Each section also contains a scenario that illustrates the rules learned in that bit of text. Units in Strike Legion Tactical represent individual vehicles, weapons and infantry teams; an average game will see battalion-sized formations under each player's control, with games lasting an average of 90-120 minutes.
