We're pleased to add new codes to two of our most popular sci-fi ranges - command for our Sepulvedan Resistance fighters, and a huge eight-wheeled tank/transport for the Felid alien warriors.
The Felids' Lion Heavy Assault Transport is a no-nonsense beast that, in 15mm scale, is 4" long and weighs over half a pound! (It looks like it could literally crush a T-34 into the ground without even having to fire!) Transporting their noble warriors into the teeth of battle, the Lions are heavily armoured and armed with a big multi-frequency energy weapon that can concentrate to blast through armoured targets, or fire a blast of power to cut down dozens of swarming xenomorphs with one discharge. Each vehicle can carry one proud battle circle into action. No Felid Baron's war spiral is complete without these behemoths.
We think the Lion would be great for near future or post-apocalyptic gaming as well, perhaps the only vehicle capable of safely transporting the remnants of humanity through the terrors of the Forbidden Zone!
The kit has a resin hull, with white-metal wheels and energy weapon.
Also released is a command pack for the Sepulvedan Resistance, citizen militia protecting their planet and way of life from tyranny - a ray of hope in the darkness of the tyrannical Jo-eli Freehold. The pack contains a commander, a female medic with medical bag and SMG, and a rocketeer. Rocketeers are usually the strongest and bravest male squad member, whose heavy firepower often speaks the final word in a skirmish. The Resistance is made up of men and women, but medics are always women, and are always armed, for their brutal oppressors care nothing for the rules of war. Their favored weapon is a slug-throwing SMG - as a great man once said, "for when you absolutely, positively have to clear every last transhuman from the room!"
