A few years ago the same company raised their prices because they were getting "too many orders". 🤔🙄

They're still great figures, but they have priced themselves out of my wallet.

Knuckleduster announces:

Friends of Knuckleduster,

I've always taken pride in our ability to turn orders around quickly. I'm sorry to say that we're having some production delays, and have been struggling to keep up since late last year. This is a situation that can best be summed up as "growing pains." When you have a catalog as large as ours and as complex to produce, it begins to groan under its own weight.

Temporary Production Delays

There are various reasons for this, but the most recent one was caused by releasing a ton of new stuff at the same time we offered a very popular free figure. This caused a traffic jam that we're working our way out of.

The company that does our fulfillment is extremely responsible and skilled, they're just overwhelmed at the moment and having to solve some technical issues in order to get our system straightened out and in good order for the future. The problems we solve now will benefit turnaround times for the rest of the year.

During February, please expect a wait of two to six weeks for orders. We haven't forgotten any yet as Shopify has an excellent tracking dashboard that keeps unfulfilled orders front and center. I've posted a notice at the top of the website to advise people placing new orders.

If you have any questions about your order, please email customerservice@trenchworx.com.

Please accept my apologies for the disruption.
