Bolt Action Signed Rulebook Offer

The author's name doesn't appear on the rulebook's covers or spine. Maybe it's just me, but it seems odd for the publisher to have a "signed rule book offer" when it doesn't think the author's name belongs on the outside of the volume. To be clear, I intend no disrespect to Alessio Cavatore. In fact, if I were the publisher, I would have placed his name on the book's front cover and spine.
