Our Second Wave of Releases for All Quiet on The Martian Front Is Ready for Pre-Order!
This Time, It's All About Infantry
Infantry in All Quiet includes Human infantry like Doughboys, Heavy Infantry and Forlorn Hopes, as well as Martian Lobototon troops (corpses reanimated by Martian technology) and Martian Drones.

Of course, there is also the civilian population represented as Human Prey… those hunted by the Martians for food and fodder to be converted into Lobototons. The number of models on a base varies by type, but typically, they are five to a base. Models riding motorbikes and cavalry are also classed as infantry units.

The mainstay of the U.S. Army is the infantry squad, fighting men armed with rifles and grenades, wearing gas masks to protect from the Martian Black Dust. Though highly vulnerable to the Martian Heat Rays, their stealth ability in the game allows them to move as blips, and remain for the most part hidden until they can close with the deadly Tripods.

They are commonly supported by Heavy Machinegun Teams.
Forlorn Hopes are made up of volunteers, and only the most courageous step forward for what is most certainly a death sentence. Hiding in normal infantry units for protection, if they can get close enough to a Tripod, they launch grappling lines, braving the slashing Martian tentacles, and then plant charges at vulnerable points.

The Martians, encountering fierce resistance from the humans in rubble-filled areas and other areas of dense terrain, have had to adapt. Their huge machines and Heat Rays have limits in such dense battlefields. Their solution is astounding as Martian Science itself. Using a combination of civilian and military prisoners and cadavers, the Martians have fitted them with control helmets and weapons to serve as infantry. These troops are controlled by the Slaver Tripods.

U.S. forces have also been experimenting with heavily outfitted infantry. Commonly called Heavy Infantry, these armored infantrymen use armored suits. The greatest challenge to overcome is the weight of the protective armor, with even the lightest versions resembling a cumbersome diving suit with huge helmets, and made from steel, asbestos and glass. All of these forces and more are now available for pre-order here. We are running a few specials at your favorite retailer.
