Beautiful stuff.
Talking of Hanoverians can anyone persuade GMB – or indeed the Perrys to come out with a sheet of Hanoverian flags?

Alan Perry of Perry Miniatures writes:

…Well, possibly two. Michael might pop in.

This is a slightly odd one. My wife Jill is a successful artist, when not doing all the hard work at Perry Miniatures (admin and dispatching). She is having an art exhibition and Christmas gift stall (in conjunction with her friend Lizzy) at Waterstones in Nottingham.

This weekend, the 29th-30th November, I'll be keeping her company whilst making figures in the corner, probably Old Guard, British/Hanoverian metal Napoleonics or some Peter Jackson figures. If you're in Nottingham, pop in and say hello. If you want sculpting tips, don't be afraid to ask. Obviously, I'll be in a room full of things your partner might be interested in, so drag them in, too.

At Waterstones

Waterstones in Nottingham is just behind the Council House off the Market Square. We're right on the top floor near the stairs, look out for 'Inspired' posters. Jill's website (in case your other half is interested) is jillperry.com.

Oh, and this branch of Waterstones has a very good Military History section!
