A very cool new release, and a great "better late than never" holiday sale to tell you about.
First, Black Army are thrilled to announce that we have finally released our 28mm Ehrhardt Armored Car, sculpted by Tobi Asche.
The Ehrhardt was originally developed in 1915, and saw service with the German Army on the Western Front, the Baltic Front, Russia, the Balkans, and the Middle East. After the end of the war, it continued to be used by the Germans up until 1939, but it was also used by the Freikorps, by the Polish Army during the Russo-Polish War, by both sides during the Russian Civil War, etc. An amazing career history for a vehicle produced in about 43 examples! To our knowledge, this is the first time the Ehrhardt has been available in 28mm.
The Ehrhadt kit is approximately 1:56 scale, and includes a resin hull with metal turret, multiple hatches that can be modeled open or closed, space for a command figure in the turret, and eight different wheels for multiple configuration options! The vehicle retails for $35 USD.
