Actually, the frog is Ploogak the Conqueror and first appeared in the Guardians CCG produced by FPG years ago.
I know this, on account of I was one of the three guys (along with Luke and Keith) who produced content for the game.
I was pretty astounded to fire up TMP yesterday and find Ploogak staring back at me. One of the other figures in the line was also taken from a piece of Guardians art. She was called "Supermodeloid" back then.
