Many new figures are coming at Dragonblood, led by the Dark Mariners, corrupted beings who have embraced genetic engineering to acquire arcane power. Their discovery of the energy and psychic channeling capability of certain undersea creatures led them down a path of unnatural design.

Cepahlid telepath concept
