Sorry but AIM LLC does not have a retailer in the UK. 1st Class Air Mail postage and handling from the US to the UK will run around $11.00 USD USD for 1-2 Draken models if interested in ordering them directly from the US.
This model is the product of my friend and expert sculptor Marco. We had intended to also have the French/Allied Caquot observation balloon done but job related problems for Marco has caused a delay in finishing and producing this model.
As an additional note, I will be carrying "Wings of War" rules, games and mats at HMGS-East Historicon '09 in Lancaster, PA. I will also introduce my own alternate "WoW" style airplane stand and our play mats.

Dave Schmid of Armaments In Miniature LLC writes:

Armaments In Miniature LLC announces the release of a 12mm (1/144) scale Drachen German WWI Observation Balloon.

Drachen

This observation balloon was first used in 1911 and was used by all nations involved in WWI from 1914 on. From late 1916, the Allies gradually replaced the Drachen with the French designed "Caquot" Observation Balloon. However the Drachen continued to be used also until the end of the war.

Cost of the model is $18.00 USD.
