Could you explain a little more what's in this? Is it rules for how many trucks you have, how fast they drive, etc.?

Logistics

When I wrote Kalashnikov Tribal Multi-Battalion rules, I integrated logistics, but hopefully in a 'simple' manner so they don't get in the way but are a necessary part of your planning.

The obvious next step was bringing things together to try and show the entire logistic tail. Now I don't want to get into the whole economic side of it. There are boardgames and others which do that well enough. But I wanted to somehow tackle the transport side, at least when it is 'in theater'. So these help build the campaign around the wargames.

As well as Kalashnikov Tribal Multi-Battalion rules, I also want to show how these logistic rules can be used with Hellfire and Hell and Fateful Decisions. I have even made general suggestions for rulesets written by others.

But the advantage of introducing logistics in a comparatively simple manner is that you can now use your airpower, artillery and drones to interdict your opponent's supplies, to slow them down even if you don't stop them, and by doing so force your opponent to dance to your tune. While at the same time they are attempting to do the same things to you.
