You'll see we have some guns on the site already. We are stocking the two guns for this period from Warfare Miniatures, and Steve is working on 1670s crew for them now. I'll be adding some resin Gabions to the range this week.
Sappers etc won't come till we have the field armies done.

Nick.

Last November, you may recall, we bought the Glory of the Sun range from Copplestone Castings. It's a range of 28mm miniatures for the wars of Louis XIV (1665-1680).

1672 figures

We set the designer Steve Saleh on expanding the range, and I'm happy to announce here the first of his figures are now released.

The packs from Steve are:

GS27 Cavalry Command
GS28 French Dragoons Firing
GS29 French Dragoons At Ready
GS30 Mounted French Dragoons
GS31 Armoured Cavalry

And he's working on lots more!

Another Dutch regiment

We have been painting up regiments for the Dutch and French armies for this period. I've included a photo here of a Dutch Regiment, painted by Dave Woodward, that includes some conversions.

1672 figures

We have some Battalion Deals available on the site. We've worked them out around the rules Beneath the Lily Banners by Barry Hilton. (The rules are available from North Star.)

Dragoons

There are more photos in our Facebook gallery.

North Star 1672 are 28mm metal figures, supplied unpainted.
