Thank you every one.

Nottingham, it is the GW connection that there seems so much here, but there was an industry before them. I worked for Skytrex (a short distance from Nottingham) and Table-top games (the original) in my youth, two companies with no GW connection.

The website complaint I surprised to hear about. Its the same design as Crusader Miniatures and there have been no complaints at all over the past 17 months thats been running. I have received a number of telephone calls praising the new site, saying it's easier to see the miniatures on than Mikes old site. You can't please everyone I suppose.

Just to warn you of potential order delays, we are getting some individual figures cast up that we didn't carry before, if you've ordered them it may be the end of this week/ early next week before we get those orders out, but we'll be working as fast as we can. Hopefully the snow won't grind the UK to a halt either!

Nick

Mike Owen and I are very pleased to announce that North Star has now taken over the running of Artizan Designs.

Artizan Designs logo

In case you didn't know, Artizan Designs is a U.K.-based 28mm historical figure manufacturer that belongs to figure sculptor Mike Owen.

Mike will remain involved, the copyright to the range remains his, and he will continue to produce new figures every month for the line, but everything else will now be run from North Star in Nottingham.

Artizan Designs will still be available from the same stockists, U.K. show attendees should still look for the Dave Thomas stand, and in the U.S. for Lon's Brigade Games.

North Star has for many years been the trade account contact for Artizan Designs, so we have plenty of stock. Production will remain in South Wales, so there may be some delays in the first week as we wait for certain figures to arrive.

If you have ordered before the swap-over and not received your figures yet, no worries; Mike is still in contact with the casters and is dealing with your orders.

Please visit the new website. We plan to have regular special offers and deals, so add us to your favourites.

Mike is also still contactable through the Yahoo! site (as he will keep running that, rather than me).

Thanks!
